| Dori's Music Studio has been in business for over 15 years. We provide music lessons along with a large variety of music books, accessories, and instrument rentals. The studio has nine teaching rooms, a waiting room and currently includes students from Brockport, Churchville-Chili, Greece, Hilton, Spencerport and other school districts. During the school year and summer, the studio offers private lessons and classes, as well as, multiple opportunities to perform.

| Classes - NEW!
Guitar Class: A fun way to learn the guitar. Students will learn songs using a variety of music and styles including, pop, jazz, rock and roll. This class is a forty-five minutes once a week. Classes are scheduled based on student ability and availability. Monthly Fee: $60 Minimum: 3 students Day/Time of class TBA based on students availability
Dori’s Music Studio Chorus: For students in grades 3-5, grades 6-8, and grades 9-12. Students will learn to sing fun two-part music and choreography for the songs. The students will also have the opportunity to perform in concerts. Rehearsals are one hour, once a week. Monthly fee: $25.00 per month. Chorus Minimum: 12 singers Day/Time of chorus TBA based on students availability

Recorder Lessons
 Jillian Lauritzson will be teaching Recorder Karate in the Studio. It is a method that gives a colored belt to each leveled song that is learned in the lesson. A test is taken for that level when the student has mastered the new pitch, rhythms, and entire song. When the student passes the test they receive their appropriate colored belt to tie on the end of their recorder bell. Call the Studio for details.
Class fee: $60.00 per month. Class minimum: Three students Day/Time of class TBA based on students’ availability.
Private recorder lessons are also available in the Studio.

Private lessons are available for the fee of $19 per half hour. Lessons are on a weekly basis primarily during the evening, but daytime lessons can also be arranged. The studio offers lessons in:

 Scrapbooking Do you like to scrapbook with others? Bring your pictures, books and supplies. The studio has Scrapbooking get togethers for kids and adults. Three hours for $12.00 includes pizza, a free scrapbooking gift for attending and table space to work. Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Weekends available. Get togethers are scheduled based on people’s availabilities. |
Budding Musician Lessons
We have a program for a child that wants to play an instrument or sing but is not ready for formal private lessons. Depending on what your child's interests are, he or she will learn recorder, piano, or general music voice (not actual voice lessons...because they're too young to grasp the concepts). Each child will:
- Learn how to read music and musical concepts
- Fee for the private lesson fee is $19 per half hour.
- Offered to students who are ages 5-9 years old.
- Taught by Jillian Lauritzson.
| Preschool General Music Class
This class is for students ages 3-5. Students will learn songs, games, finger plays and other music activities to help prepare for preschool learning. This class is forty-five minutes once a week.
Instructor: Depends on which teacher is available Class Fee: $60 per month plus $7.95 plus tax for required book Music for Little Mozarts.
Minimum: 3 students per class
Day/Time: TBA based on students availability |
